1st day :
Gocek - Oludeniz (Dead Sea) - Gemile Island
Oludeniz (Dead Sea) is a fascinating bay that attracts the most
number of tourists in the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts. It is
an ideal refuge for yachts and an excellent pool for swimmers. The
island of Gemile houses remains of ancient settlements. The strait
between the island and the coast is very convenient for anchoring.
2nd day :
Gemile island -Kalkan - Yesilkoy Bay Kalkan, the ancient Kalamaki,
is a typical Mediterranean
town. The church, the fountain, narrow streets that climb the hillside
flanked by houses with bay windows are excellent examples of the
Aegean architecture. Also, Kalkan is an ideal harbor for a visit
to ancient settlements like Xanthos, Letoon and Patara.
3rd day :
Yesilkoy Bay - Kekova - Gok Limani The famous " Blue Voyage
" narrator Azra Erhat states
Kekova is the most admired and unwillingly departed point on this
route. She then continues : " Kekova is widely accepted as
a " Paradise on Earth ": here, nature and mankind, hand
in hand, has reached the limits of beauty..."
From Kekova, it is a very short drive to ancient site of Myra, the
home of St. Nicholas.
4th day :
Gok Limani - Bayżndir - Kas
Kas is the ancient Antiphellos and is one of the most beautiful
harbors of the Teke peninsula. It is only a few miles across the
Meis island of Greece. The archeological remains that are within
the town are well worth a visit.
5th day :
Kas - Turuncbuku
6th day :
Turuncbuku - Manastir - Bedri Rahmi Bay
The famous painter Bedri Rahmi has painted a rock. In the bay full
of rock-cut tombs as a fish; hence the Name Bedri Rahmi Cove. From
a distance, this rock appears as a carving.
